Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence with www.ppwork.co.uk, these terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into between Pigeon’s Print Workwear Ltd and its customers.

Pricing

All prices are in Pounds Sterling.

The charge for logo setup is for making your artwork readable with our embroidery machines. This is a one off payment and then your logo is stored for any future orders. You can ask for your artwork file and we will send it to your email free of charge.

Preview approval

After order is made, give us a 48 hours to send you preview to your email. Please check for any detail in preview (garment colours, spelling and artwork). You should answer on email for approval, if we won’t get answer in 24 hours we will accept that as approval.

Payment

You may pay by any major credit/debit card or bank transfer if ordering in web, telephone or email.

For telephone and email orders we will send a detailed invoice for products you are buying.

Product Availability

Items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your chosen items is not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date at the time you place your order.

Product Images and descriptions

Garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.
Colour representation is only as accurate as the web design process allows.

Delivery times

We are not keeping stock with plain garments, each garment is ordered by customer needs. For plain garments please allow us 3 – 4 working days for dispatch. Production time for personalised garments usually takes 7 – 10 working days. For deliveries we use Hermes, which takes 2 – 4 working days.

Returns

We are not accepting returns on personalised items, unless they are faulty. Please check sizes and colours.

We do accept returns for plain garments( buyer is responsible for a return shipping costs), but please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving items on info@ppworkwear.co.uk or +447428392399 first. You will have 14 days after receiving to send them back to us. After we received your items will inspect them and issue a refund within next 14 days. All returned items should be in original packaging and without sign of wear.
